a hangover – Effective Hangover Cures
There are many different types of hangover cures that people use in the morning, here is what I found to be helpful. I don’t get hangovers often but when I do I typically drink some orange juice right when I wake. After the juice I drink a lot of water to flush out the alcohol in my system. I also eat some fruit, I like bananas and apples the best, maybe some mangos if I have them in the house at the time. If I’m feeling really bad I will just sleep it off and wake up when I’m feeling better.
I eat eggs all the time but they are also good for when you have a hangover because they have plenty of protein. You don’t have to pull a “Rocky Balboa” and eat the eggs raw, scramble them up. You don’t need any natural hangover cures from the drug store to help you I think by going with natural foods you are better off. I also use to drink V-8 juice when I had a hangover, I don’t anymore because I grew tired of it but that works well too. One more thing is to take a warm shower, not too hot and not too cold. Stay hydrated with plenty of water and you should be ready to start the day.
Over indulging yourself in a sea of alcohol will cause some problems, so you should expect to pay the price. Hangover cures are a dime a dozen so find something you are comfortable with and that does the trick and you will be fine ready to drink again.
